210 GSM cotton twill
Our standard cotton cap uses 210 GSM twill — heavy enough to hold its shape and take embroidery cleanly, light enough to stay comfortable in summer. Lighter fabrics feel flimsy and collapse; heavier ones get hot. This weight is the balance point.
Colourfast, wash after wash
Cheap caps bleed colour in the first wash and fade within a month in the sun. We use colourfast dyes and test every batch — because a faded, patchy cap with your logo on it does more brand damage than no cap at all.
Cotton blends and alternatives
Pure cotton, poly-cotton blends (better wrinkle resistance and faster drying), brushed cotton for a softer hand feel, and washed cotton for the faded vintage dad-cap look. We will help you match fabric to use case.

Cotton breathes better and is more comfortable in heat. Polyester dries faster and resists wrinkles. For field staff in Indian summers, we usually recommend cotton or a cotton-rich blend.
